Deliciously healthy pineapple-coconut smoothie.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 cup or 200 g of fresh sweet pineapple chunks
1/4 cup (4 Tbsp) vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp sweetened flaked coconut
7 ice cubes
Combine ingredients in a blender.
Blend for 1-2 minutes, transfer to a glass, and enjoy your food.
