This camping road trip’s one for the books— we got to test all the camping gear upgrades we’ve recently done while solo camping by the glorious Caliraya Lake, under such ideal cold and windy weather. We’re happy campers! 🙌🏼

The caveat is I wasn’t able to do a lot of decent HoverAir shots due to the strong winds. 😆

But the little one thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at 📍Kaliraya Surf Kamp. Our highs:
🎉The incredible view going there!
🎉Very attentive and helpful staff on site
🎉Kite Flying, it was mine and Nyorita’s first time to fly one🪁
🎉Cooking with lake view🧑‍🍳
🎉Coffee Breaks, and actually having the time to savor every sip☕️
🎉Solo camping, oh, the peace and quiet!
🎉Quality time with our little one
🎉Nyorita enjoyed exploring the big site, even had a leaf “pet”. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We only have a couple of lows in the trip:
👎🏼Huge black ants that won’t stop biting us. The spot we chose was infested with them, it was too late when we found out. Thankfully, they didn’t go near our setup. 🙏🏻
👎🏼Grown grass that caused a few scratches on our legs— mostly shameplants, shame on them! 😅

Are we coming back? Maybe. Not crossing this one off our list, for sure. 👍🏼
