Boris Johnson has returned to the helm of government a month to the day after testing positive for COVID-19.
He addressed the nation this morning outside Downing Street, urging the public to persevere despite ‘lockdown impatience’. He said would ‘refuse to risk’ a second peak of the virus by lifting restrictions too soon.
However, the PM did say he believes ‘we are coming to the end of the first phase of this conflict’.
So what should be top of the Prime Minister’s priority list for phase two?
