After purchasing a new 4K camcorder I decided that I also wanted to improve the audio quality of my videos. Up until this point I mainly used the Audio Technica ATR3350 Lavalier microphone and now I decided to pick up the new and improved SmartLav+ by Rode. While the built quality looks nice I am personally not overly impressed with the Rode audio quality.
