Here is a tutorial on how I make a Half Milano Stitch on a knitting machine with a ribber (I use Brother 260 bulky machine). The Half Milano stitch makes a no rolled edges with 1 x 1 ribbing with stockinette stitches in the center.
It can be useful for making scarf or baby blanket with no rolled edge, and you can still have cable or other patterns in the center area.
