Ingredients:
* Oil - 2 tbsp
* Cumin - 1 tsp
* Dalchini - 1 inch
* Cardamom - 2
* Bay leaf - 1
* Star anise - 1
* Lavang - 3
* Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
* Cashew nut - 8-9
* Onion - 1 big, finely sliced
* Green chilly - 2, chopped (as per the taste)
* Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
* Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
* Kashmiri chilly powder - 3/4 tsp
* Methi leaves - 2 cup
* Tomato - 1 med size, finely chopped
* Basmati rice - 1 cup (soak in water for 20 minutes)
* Salt - 1/2 tsp + 3/4 tsp (as per the taste)
* Water - 2 cup
