In this video, I will walk you through a difficult airway management scenario during general anesthesia. This is a good educational video to see how difficult general anesthesia is conducted. The use of bougie which I refer to as a stylet is a part of difficult intubation equipment. The endotracheal tube intubation is switched from an oral to a nasal tube and a bougie is used to get the tube in the trachea. The endotracheal tube insertion is eventually done successfully.
