After Joker is sent to Arkham Asylum, he breaks free and stages an island-wide prison break. It is up to Batman to stop the breakout, and discover what Joker is searching for on Arkham Island.

In this episode, Joker releases the inmates of Arkham with the help of his 'girlfriend', I grapple surf on conveniently placed gargoyles, face off against a deformed patient, and start the search for Commissioner Gordon.
