Members of the public who buy items from street vendors face arrest. This is the latest directive from Kampala Capital City Authority Executive Director, Jennifer Musisi. She spoke Tuesday morning at City Hall as The Police made efforts to reassure KCCA employees that they would be protected as they carry out their work. It comes a day after a KCCA employee was assaulted and two KCCA vehicles vandalized.
