If your water pump 11517586925 is starting to fail, you may notice coolant leaks, or even hear a whining noise coming from under the hood. If you think your water pump is starting to fail, replace it as soon as you can. The main downside to an electric water pump is you may also notice nothing - nothing but overheating!
Aluminum mounting bolts are one time use. Replace 11510392553 every time the water pump is removed.
If your vehicle is experiencing cooling issues, chances are the thermostat 11537549476 is the cause. Common symptoms include prolonged warm-up at highway speeds from the thermostat being stuck open, or consistent overheating issues from the thermostat being stuck in the closed position. Either condition can result in poor performance, and potential damage to vital components in your vehicle.
In my case the water pump wasn't working right and had the engine code 2E83; 2E85. But I decided to replace water pump PN: 11517586925, thermostat PN:11537549476, lower radiator hose PN:17127565780 and thermostat to pump hose PN:11537521049
