A war of words has erupted in Bihar after election strategist Prashant Kishor claimed that Bihar needs new thinking to transform and reach the list of top 10 states in India. Responding to him, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that opinions of others do not matter. Prashant Kishor then took to Twitter to 'school' Nitish Kumar. In a tweet, Kishor wrote in Hindi, “Nitish ji rightly said - the importance lay on truth. And the truth is that even after 30 years of Lalu-Nitish rule, Bihar is today the poorest and most backward state of the country. A new thinking and effort is needed to change Bihar and that is possible only with the collective effort of the people there.” Watch this video for more details.
