The MSC Bellissima, which broke down in Okinawa this past weekend and left stranded more than 1,800 Taiwanese tourists, is now back in service. All 1,800+ cruise ship passengers had safely returned to Taiwan via charter flights, and all repairs and checks were completed, too.
On Thursday, passengers were seen carrying luggage to board the ship. From Keelung, they were to head off for five days and four nights. Many of them said they’re happy with how quickly things turned around and that they’re looking forward to their trip onboard the largest cruise ship in Asia.
