Doors move and cabinet hinges are designed to be easy to adjust with just a screwdriver. Steve demonstrates how to do this.
If your door has dropped, the screw top and bottom of the hinge plate (for all hinges on the door) can be release to allow the door to be moved up and down (remember to re-tighten the screws!)
If the door is leaning to the left or right, maybe touching the corner of the door on the next cabinet, the screw at the front of the hinge is designed to adjust for this.
Finally if the door is leaning towards or away from you, perhaps touching the cabinet at the top of the door and not the bottom then the screw at the back of the hinge allows this to be corrected too.
The hinges in the video are made by Hettich but this technique applies to most hinges including those made by Blum and Salice. If you have a hinge that is different to this and you're finding it hard to adjust, leave a comment and maybe Steve can help work it out to help other people too.
