Every Tuesday, at Joe's Steak Shop in Phillipsburg there is a Cruise Night. This has been going on for a very long time...This Tuesday, Sept. 3rd was real special, as Joe got the best Birthday Present ever, the re-opening of the parking lot to allow all the cool cars and bikes to come back to the Cruise Night...Happy Birthday, Joe!
