Here's the recipe! Follow my video for instructions.
Batter:
1 (9 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 large egg
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin spice

Cream Cheese Icing:
3 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
2 tablespoon unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 pound sifted powdered sugar

350°F (176°C) for 10-12 minutes
*Note: There should be enough cream cheese icing for all 11 whoopie pies but if you want an extra thick cream cheese icing filling then you might have to double the recipe.
