Quick question - if the roles were reversed, if you cheated on him over and over again, would he say “but she loves and respects me and I will forgive her?”
Self love includes self respect, self worth and self esteem. As women we are deliberately never taught self love (it’s almost a bad word for women) and so we grow up thinking that “loving” someone means putting up with any kind of behaviour because you’re “so lucky to have him”.
Its time to stop making excuses for other people’s actions and use that energy/ creativity to start loving yourself instead. 🥰💕💪🏼

Being constantly hurt, upset or unhappy because of someone else’s actions is never the recipe for a good relationship!

Remember - When you let someone behave badly towards you, over and over again, you give them permission to continue doing it. 📝📝📝
