Two days after the Punjab assembly passed a resolution seeking immediate transfer of Chandigarh to the state, Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Sunday said he will not let the Union Territory go anywhere. Chandigarh is a Union Territory and serves as joint capital of Punjab and Haryana. Today, Khattar said: "Chandigarh was, is, and will remain Haryana's capital. As long as people of Haryana are with us, nothing can happen."
