Whilst many of us will be most familiar with the electric piano version made famous by Bette Midler in the 1988 movie, Beaches, the song was written 6 years earlier and recorded by such artists as Kamahl, Roger Whittaker, Sheena Easton and Colleen Hewett. Here I lean on Bette Midler's arrangement for a short version.
