Missouri officials held a briefing after Amtrak said a train traveling from Los Angeles to Chicago derailed Monday after striking a dump truck at a public crossing in Missouri. At least three people were killed, officials said. It's not yet clear how many were injured, though at least two hospitals said they had received patients.
