In this recipe we are going to prepare a leftover recipe called Dhaniye ke danthal ki chatni or Coriander Stem chutney.
In this recipe we use two leftover ingredients.
The recipe tastes just as good (or even better than) the regular Dhaniye ki Chatni recipe.

INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for Coriander Stem Chutney
Green Coriander Stems – 1 bunch
Green Chili – 7 to 8
Ginger (chopped) – 1 table spoon
Garlic – 25 cloves
Salty Lemon – 8 to 10 pieces (1/4 cup)
Cumins – ¾ tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Black salt – 2 pinch
Lemon juice – 1 table spoon
Note –
Only use soft and fresh coriander stems. Fresh coriander stems are green and easy to break.
To make salty lemons take 2 freshly used lemons and cut them into 4 pieces each and store the cut pieces in ½ table spoon salt for about 30 days.

धिनये के डंठल की चटनी की सामग्री
हरे धिनये के डंठल - १ बन्च
हरी मिर्च - ७ से ८
अदरक (कटा हुआ) - १ चम्मच
लहसुन - २५ किलयां
नमकीन निम्बू - ८ से १० टुकडे (१।४ कप)
जीरा – ३/४ छोटा चम्मच
नमक – १/४ छोटा चम्मच
काला नमक - २ चुटकी
निम्बू का रस - १ चम्मच
ध्यान रखें
धनिये के कच्चे डंठल का ही इस्तमाल करें । कच्चे डंठल हरे होते हैं और आसानी से टूट जाते हैं ।
नमकीन निम्बू बनाने के लिये २ निचोडे हुए निम्बू को ४-४ टुकडो में काटकर १।२ चम्मच नमक में अच्छी तरह से मिलाकर ३० दिनो के लिये स्टोर करें ।
