I got very lucky and came across this gorgeous snake laying on a rock trying to get some sun on this over cast day. I was blown away when I first saw this snake. It is a venomous pit viper that can hurt you if bitten. I was far enough away I could use my zoom to get close up. The snake was not hurt during the filming of this video.
