🧋INGREDIENTS🧋

✨ R E C I P E ✨
1. Wash and dice strawberries.
2. Add 1/3 cup chopped strawberries and 2 tbsp sugar and puree/blend it.
3. In a bowl, mix strawberry puree and 1 tbsp tapioca starch.
4. Microwave for 1 min. Let cool for 1-2 min.
5. Add 1/2 cup tapioca starch and mix it into the dough. I use a spoon while the dough is still hot, but once it’s cool enough to touch, I start using my hands.
6. Gradually knead in another 1/2-1 cup of tapioca starch until the dough is smooth and not too sticky to the touch.
7. Roll them into boba balls and lightly dust in tapioca starch to prevent them from sticking together.
8. Boil them for 20 minutes, strain out the water and rinse in warm water to wash off the extra starch.
9. Soak in sweetener — this can be strawberry syrup, normal sugar, honey, maple syrup, etc.
10. Add to your drink of choice and enjoy! I just had mine with strawberry milk and it was perfect 😋🍓
