1 cup cooked sweet potato, roasted - 114 cals
1/4 red onion, roasted - 16 cals
1 cup roasted broccoli - 31 cals
1 cup raw baby spinach, chopped - 7 cals
1/2 raw shredded beets - 29 cals
1/3 cup sauerkraut - 13 cals
Total - 300 calories
Creamy Caesar Dressing
1/4 cup almonds - 170 cals
1 tbsp lemon juice - 4 cals
1 tbsp soy sauce - 20 cals
1 tbsp dijion mustard - 6 cals
1 clove of garlic - 4 cals
1/4 cup nutritional yeast - 59 cals
1/4 cup water - 0 cals
Total 263 cals
Approx 6 tbsps (with a little added water like in video)
