Lion’s mane is delicate with a mild shellfish flavor, as well as meaty and juicy when cooked. It is nutritious, contains antioxidants, and is known to have anti-inflammatory properties. Based on research, it may boost the immune system, help with anxiety, depression, and is good for brain health. I encourage you to do your own research to learn more about this wonderful mushroom!🍄
We’ve gotten 3-4 crops of lion’s mane mushrooms from this ready-to-fruit block. The first flush is the biggest and the subsequent ones are usually smaller. The first cut will sometimes fruit once more or you can tape over the slit and cut a new one on the other side.
