Grand Designs V2 is a fictional populated map of a remote area split by support for Tsar and the demand for social progress demanded by a growing population. These division have separated the resource rich region with an allegiance from a poor revolutionary area, these growing tensions will explode in revolution in 1917. This situation is further complicated by the arrival of settlers with an intention to populate an island. The revolutionary region contains two towns that need guidance to prepare for the upcoming turmoil of Soviet Revolution and then expand to conquer the rich region, while a town across the border needs support to grow. At the same time the settlers need to develop their settlement and rebuild an abandoned town.
This is a realistic 1900 start with an initial objective of populating the towns located in the revolutionary area before 1917. A secondary target is to have a stable population in all five towns before 1917 as this will provide a spring board to spread the revolution across the map.
