👉 Speed training for rugby needs to be methodical and systematic much like conditioning or strength training.
🏉 In this example Roy is running a 10m acceleration at the end of a triphasic training block.
ℹ️ It’s important not to test speed only once - we typically run tests (which are also just max effort training bouts of speed!) 2-3 times after a block of training!
