Interdental brushes are great for front teeth too

1. Select the right interdental brushes for the gap.

2.Slide into the space between teeth 8-10 times
sometimes this can be tender or the area can bleed but please don’t let that put you off.

3.Rinse the interdental brush after use under a cold running tape and replace the hygienic cap.

Remember you can reuse your interdental brushes for up to 1 week.
