Talk's Ian Collins is joined by former Met Police detective chief inspector Mike Neville to discuss an increase in online crime which Mike says "police are not set up to deal with."
As well as the this, two people have died as a result of the Notting Hill Carnival which the pair also speak about. Ian says the decision to move the carnival to a bigger space is still being considered.
