The Pyramid of Khafre - is the second largest Pyramid of the Giza Pyramid Complex, after the Great Pyramid of Khufu. The internal chambers of the Pyramid of Khafre were discovered in 1818 by Italian explorer Giovanni Battista Belzoni. He was the the first one, who found the entrance in our times and documented it. How many people entered the Pyramid before him in more ancient times - remains unknown... His autograph can still be found on the south wall of the "Burial Chamber."
