In this video we show you how we make Chicken Souvla, which is pieces of chicken cooked on the BBQ. Souvla is different from Souvlaki as Souvlaki is small cubed pieces and Souvla is large pieces.
We used whole chickens and portioned them up, then skewered them making sure each piece was secure. You want to make sure the chicken doesn't spin on the skewer to ensure it is cooked evenly. A little oil once on the BBQ and a little salt and that's as simple as it is.
Even the BBQ beginner will be able to make juicy, crispy skin chicken 👍🏼
