1890s Old Fashioned:
Build in Glass
Add 2 sugar cubes to bottom of glass
Soak with a few dashes of Angostura Bitters
Muddle
2 oz. or 60 ml. Bourbon (Yellowstone)
Add ice and stir
Garnish with Orange Peel

Simple Old Fashioned:
Build in glass
.33 oz. or 10 ml. Simple Syrup
2 - 3 Dashes of Angostura
2 oz. or 60 ml. Bourbon (Four Roses)
Add ice and stir
Garnish with Orange Peel

Improved Whiskey Cocktail:
Build in mixing glass
2 oz. or 60 ml. Rye Whiskey (High West)
.25 oz. or 7 ml. Simple Syrup
.25 oz. or 7 ml. Maraschino Liqueur
Few dashes Bogart's Bitters (from bitter truth)
Add ice and stir
Rinse glass with absinthe
Strain drink into glass
Garnish with Lemon Peel

Line Cook Old Fashioned:
Build in glass
2 oz. or 60 ml. Whiskey (Wild Turkey)
.33 oz. or 10 ml. Kahlua
Drop of Fernet Branca
Add ice and stir
Garnish with Orange Peel

Spicy Spicy Old Fashioned:
Build in glass
2 oz. or 60 ml. Whiskey (Garrison Brothers)
.33 oz. or 10 ml. Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur
2 bar spoons of Simple Syrup
Few dashes of Cardamom Bitters (Crude)
Add ice and stir
Garnish with Orange Peel

Rum Old Fashioned:
Build in Glass
2 oz. or 60 ml. Rum (The Real McCoy)
2 dashes of Campari
.33 oz. or 10 ml. Averna Liqueur
Add ice and stir
Garnish with Lime Peel

Gin Old Fashioned:
Build in Glass
2 oz. or 60 ml. Gin (Monkey 47)
.33 oz or 10 ml. Spiced Pear Liqueur
Bar spoon of Simple Syrup
Few dashes of Angostura Bitters
Add ice and stir
Garnish with Orange Peel
