Patient presented with a large tender bump on the face that was increasing in size. You could see the enlarged occluded pore. I express out the contents and remove the sac and close the pocket with a running sub-cuticular stitch. FYI-The bump that looks like a blackhead underneath the bump is actually a mole. Thanks again to my patient for sharing her procedure.
