Decades after his NBA career, Darryl Dawkins is still cracking fans up including Fox 5 Sports Director Duke Castiglione.
Dawkins tried to make an 'OG' (original gangster) out of Duke by dressing him in his sports coat.
"When you're an 'old school g,' you roll like a wagon wheel," said Dawkins.
The man dubbed 'Chocolate Thunder' during his NBA run says his closet is like a "bag of Skittles."
"I like to be able to get in the closet with the light off…don't give me one color," said Dawkins.
Dawkins shattered a backboard during a game in 1979 . He continues to create some memorable moments, but perhaps nothing like his interesting "belief" that he has traveled to outer space.
"I am an alien creature from Lovetron," Dawkins was known to say, referring to the farthest planet from the sun.
So what was his fascination with Lovetron all about?
"You had to have fun. You had to have fun in everything you do," said Dawkins.
