"Pharaohs, the hell was going on?
People say they came straight from the sky.
Early stones, people working on.
Somehow they got to scrape the clouds.
Fireballs, devastating winds,
we can still see what it once was like.
Arrows on the other side of the globe,
Dancing to the rain and fight the fire


Damn, archeology, keeps on going 'round and round the house.
And, wikipedia leaks, PHD, frantic blinking, liar's eyes.

Pharaohs, no doubt they had a clue,
Pyramids and sphinx matching the stars.
Believe it or not, they were smoking pot,
but they never built a bridge too far.
Endless ropes, stone elevators,
and we ended up, with a wooden god.
Arrows, on the other side of the globe,
Dancing to the rain and fight the fire.

Damn hieroglyphic gift, maybe we'd have something
that we'd pay to know.
And, if we're backing the wrong horse,
No way we're gonna fix the final sunrise.

Pharaohs, sarcophagus, Orion,
Endless ropes, stone elevators,
and we ended up, with a wooden god.

Dammit, slave technology,
We're all dreaming of a fool's paradise
And, fake democracy,
Knowledge lingers far from our empty smiles."
