Ingredients & Process
3 small or 2 large passion fruits
blend
strain and keep aside
1 can chilled condensed milk (395-400 g)
2 boxes chilled table cream (400 g)
whisk well for 2 mins.
add the passion fruit juice
whisk well for 2 mins.
refrigerate for min 2 hrs or until set
garnish with pulp of 1 passon fruit (optional)
mould size: 750 ml
dessert cup size: 200 ml
