This upload is all about celebrating our wonderfully diverse environment here in South West Wales. Coastal foraging, wild Brown Trout fishing and more time showcasing the cooking ( as requested by my subscribers ). We are truly blessed to live in this area and the ability to forage, catch and cook our own natural wild food is something I never take for granted. I love meeting new people and to share this knowledge with members of my coastal foraging courses . I'm truly grateful to Jon Berg of Digital Tiger for his expert filming and editing skills which made this video possible .
