Senai kizhangu masiyal is a yam dish where it is pressure cooked and mashed and made it into masiyal along with tamarind pulp ans simple spices
This traditional recipe is delicious with hot rice n ghee.
Adding tamarind extract will reduce the throat itchiness and also enhance the taste of the masiyal
