Try this delicious Chikoo Shake recipe that's super-nutritious. This is an easy-to-make shake recipe that has the goodness of chikoo and milk.
This shake is too sweet to handle and will be loved by kids. You can just give them this milkshake and they will gulp it down happily. You can even skip adding sugar in it, as chikoo itself is very sweet in nature. Also, instead of low fat milk you can use full fat milk to make it flavourful.
Ingredients:
3 cups chikoo or 1.5 cups
2 tablespoons of sugar / Honey
1 cup of full cream milk, for vegan recipe use Almond milk
HOW TO MAKE CHIKOO SHAKE
Step 1 / 3
To prepare this delicious shake recipe, peel all the chickoo and remove their seeds. Cut them in a large bowl and keep aside until required.
Step 2 / 3
Now, add these chopped chikoo in a blender jar along with chilled milk and sugar. You can add more sugar as per your taste. Blend together all the ingredients at high speed.
Step 3 / 3
Add crushed ice cubes in the blender jar and blend once again for 2 minutes. Once done, pour the shake in glasses and serve immediately.
