Some residents of the Ukrainian port city of Odesa say they are skeptical about the achievements of former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili who was appointed as Governor of the Black Sea port four months ago.
When appointed Governor by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, the western-orientated Georgian strongman promised to rid Odesa of oligarchs and of corruption and to bring positive change to the region through enacting much-needed reforms.
