The side basic is often used for styling and for various intermediate/advanced. Make sure to spend the same amount of time on the side basic as you did with the regular basic. All the basics have their uses so be sure to master them. This beginners move is helpful in creating a strong foundation for salsa. As you learn new moves try to implement this basic where possible.
