If you are craving sorbet but is still quarantined at home, without an ice cream machine nor the fancy Kitchen Aid ice cream bowl, you can whisk up a batch of sorbet with only a bowl and a whisk! They key to success is to make sure you put lots of salt on your ice to ensure the temperate drops to around -15, and your sorbet syrup is nice and cold before you start. 炎熱的夏天,就是要吃口味清爽的雪酪!很多人煩惱家裡沒有冰淇淋機,或是沒有Kitchen Aid的冰淇淋鍋,就沒辦法製作冰淇淋,但不要緊張,我們用復古的方式一樣可以在家DIY喔。冰塊灑上大量鹽巴降溫,作為外側的冰桶,把冷卻至4度的雪酪糖水倒入另一個小不鏽鋼鍋內(或是前一晚先準備好)。把小鍋放在冰塊上降溫,先靜止3-5分鐘,鍋子邊緣的糖水要結冰後再慢慢攪拌。若天氣過熱或是沒有冰塊,可把糖水倒入鍋內,並放到冷凍庫1-2小時,糖水半冷凍的狀態在將雪酪打發至馬鈴薯泥狀。大家一起試試看喔!———————————————————————————————————
