British Prime Minister Boris Johnson believes there is nothing to stop his roadmap out of COVID-19 restrictions as the UK begins to open up.
Speaking at a virtual Conservative Party conference Mr Johnson said he was looking forward to unlocking the economy.
"I'm finally going to be able to go to the barbers but more importantly than that I'm going to be able to go down the street and cautiously but irreversibly I'm going to drink a pint of beer," he said.
Nearly 5,000 coronavirus infections have been confirmed in the past 24 hours and 58 COVID-related deaths which is down from 96 this time last week.
