Some of our viewers have been told that if you don't take the EIDL loan you will not receive the EIDL grant. Can this be true?

One of our viewers was even recently told by the SBA that they are no longer giving out the EIDL Grant. This is what she said:

I applied for the EIDL grant today (June 16th at 1pm EST) and called the SBA to help with my application only to be told they are no longer giving out GRANTS. EIDL Loans and PPP are available still according to what they told me on the phone.
