Hello and welcome to our channel 'The hand knitting co.' we are a small set up in the UK, just myself and my mother, we love the chunky knit blankets and everything else chunky knit but find its really expensive to buy ready made so we decided to have a go ourselves and its going well so we thought we would share our journey with you and provide tutorials on how its worked out for us on all things chunky knit.

Today we are - Showing you how to 'cast on' to a loom at the start of a chunky knit blanket, in the video we only went approx. 16 pins you can go as many as you need for your specific size needs, each hoop needs to stay the same size throughout to get a consistent pattern.
