Complex enterprise transformations are at the center of the Enterprise Architecture discipline, which combines all dimensions and aspects across Business, data, IT and the overall organization. The sustainability transformation is not limited to an enterprise or specific industry context, but rather a combined social and economic journey with regulatory constraints and possibilities. Enterprise Architecture has the potential to collaboratively design the transformation across these dimensions and use the insights & knowledge for better and faster fact-based decisions – aligned with the overall End-to-End architecture. The value, potential but also the EA prerequisites will be illustrated by examples from CBA-Lab Members (e.g. Schaeffler) – to become and stay relevant to the top management during a transformation project.
