Mushroom – 400gm (5 cup)
Potato – 2
Onion – 2
Ginger – 1 Big piece
Garlic – 3 Big pieces
Green Chilli – 2
Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – ½ teaspoon
Salt – According to taste
Garam Masala – ½ teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder – 1 teaspoon
Egg – 1 no
Bread crumbs as needed to coat cutlet
Oil for deep frying
