At least 14 people have been killed in Nepal due to landslides and flash floods triggered by torrential rainfall and lightning in the past 24 hours.
According to news agency ANI, at least eight people were killed due to landslides, while another five lost their lives due to lightning and one was killed due to floods.
Landslides swept away three houses overnight in Lamjung district, about 125 km west of Kathmandu, killing four people, including two children, district administrator Buddha Bahadur Gurung told media.
