Turkey has issued arrest warrants against 113 people in connection with construction of buildings that collapsed after a 7.8-magnitude earthquake struck the country last Monday. Twelve people, including building contractors, have already been taken into custody, police said. As many as 24,921 buildings collapsed or suffered heavy damage in the earthquake, Environment Minister Murat Kurum said.
