We are at critical juncture for the decarbonisation of shipping. The governments of the UN International Maritime Organisation will soon decide on the next phase in its greenhouse gas strategy, and to succeed it will need to be ambitious. The liner shipping sector is committed to decarbonisation, is already investing in zero carbon solutions, and is eager to kick off the dialogue.

Watch Liner carrier CEO’s Rolf Habben Jansen of Hapag-Lloyd, Jeremy Nixon of ONE and Tom Crowley of Crowley who together with WSC CEO John Butler present the critical pathways to zero carbon shipping, all of which need to be addressed by the IMO member states for a successful transition to zero carbon shipping.
