Delhi Metro resumed its services Monday with 50 per cent seating capacity. Metro stations witnessed fewer commuters on the first day of resumption of services. According to DMRC officials, smart cards and tokens are allowed for commuting. As a part of the unlocking process, markets will also open with the restrictions of even-odd from today.
